FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
-
I primarily work with high-functioning adults who live, work, or study in Center City (remotely, or at my office in Rittenhouse Square).
Many of my clients are professionals—lawyers, healthcare providers, consultants, or people in finance or tech—who manage a lot externally but feel stuck or overwhelmed internally. I also see graduate students and young adults navigating major transitions. If you're used to juggling multiple roles and responsibilities but struggling to feel grounded, therapy can help.
-
My approach is personalized and integrative. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, mindfulness and ACT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—together, we’ll use the tools that best support your needs. Clients in Rittenhouse often value that this work is both flexible and grounded in research.
-
Most clients start with a free 30-minute video consultation—a no-pressure conversation to see if we’re a good fit. If we move forward, we begin with a 60-minute intake session, followed by ongoing 50-minute sessions. I offer both in-person therapy near Rittenhouse Square and virtual therapy for added convenience.
-
I’m an out-of-network provider, which means clients pay for sessions at the time of service. At the end of each month, all clients receive a customized invoice (aka ‘Superbill’) to submit to their insurer for reimbursement. Session fees can be covered up to 60% (the exact percentage is based on a client's specific benefits).
You can read more about how OON benefits work on my Out-of-Network Explainer page. I also set aside time during our consultation, so you can make an informed choice about fit and affordability.

Just reach out via phone, email, or the contact form to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. Finding quality therapy in Rittenhouse can be challenging . My goal is to make starting therapy feel approachable—especially if you’re unsure or new to this process.
